Kinesiotaping Case Studies
Elastic taping is often used to facilitate the body’s natural healing process. In addition, it provides support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. Taping can help to reduce pain, especially with movement, facilitate lymphatic drainage, and promote blood flow and circulation. With adolescents, taping can be used to cue the muscles into proper position while the body grows and develops.

Hydroneurolysis: A Non-Invasive Carpal Tunnel Release and Therapeutic Recovery
During my time working for an orthopedic hand surgeon in the greater Philadelphia area, I had the opportunity to learn about an in-office procedure used to free the median nerve within the carpal tunnel. I am excited to share this information with other clinicians who also have an interest in hand therapy, and specifically in treating Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
